Dental Wellness/Membership Plan

Dental Care can be very costly and many employers are no longer offering dental benefits.  At Steve Douglas DDS, we understand this and have developed an in-house plan to help ease your family’s burden.

Our Plan is not a dental insurance, but rather a membership such as is offered by the popular wholesale clubs:  an annual fee provides a discount on all services we perform:  cleanings, x-rays, exams, fillings, crowns, maintenance appointments, periodontal deep cleanings, whitening, dentures, partials, bridges, splints, and much more.

There are no waiting periods, no deductibles, no yearly maximums, no claim forms, no pre-authorizations or pre-existing limitations, and no denials of needed treatment. This is as comprehensive and straight forward as it gets.

Details

• Plan is $99 per person per year.  
• Families of 3 or more persons pay just $249 per year to cover everyone in the family (children above age 26 are excluded from family plan).  
• Plan entitles patients to save 20% on all offered dental services during the 12 months plan is in effect.  
• Eligibility starts on the day of enrollment and continues for the next 12 consecutive months.
